Synopsis: Jeffrey Wigand was a high-level employee of a large cigarette
company. He was fired when he complained about having to perform unethical research.
Eventually he would become a whistleblower who suffered threats as he sought to
reveal the truth about the harmful effects of cigarettes. Based on a true story.
Review: This was an excellent film for anyone who enjoys drama.
It is not a Christian film, but for mature audiences I would consider it a "family
film." It has a large amount of profanity but there is no other offensive content.
It will draw you in to the true tale of terror and corruption that followed one
man.
