Title: Like Dandelion Dust.
Rating: Unknown.
Film Companies: Downes Brothers Entertainment, Lucky Crow Films.
Cast: Mira Sorvino, Maxwell Perry Cotton, Barry Pepper.
Crew: Jon Gunn (Director), Steve J. Rivele (Screenwriter), Reynaldo Villalobos (Director of Photography), Mark Mancina (Composer), Bobby Downes, Kevin Downes, Kerry David (Producers), Shelene Bryan (Executive Producer), Karen Kingsbury (Author)
Synopsis: Wendy and Rip conceive a child, but Wendy gives the child (Joey) away for adoption at birth and Rip never knows about his son - until years later. Jack and Molly are Joey's adoptive parents and must struggle along with Joey when Rip finds out about his biological son and decides he wants Joey to live with him.
Notes: Based on a book by famed author Karen Kingsbury, this seems like a star movie for the Christian film niche. Besides the solid story provided by Kingsbury, significant talent has been assembled. The main actors include an Academy Award Winner and other seasoned veterans. The crew is exceptionally high quality. Jon Gunn was instrumental in one of the best Christian films - Mercy Streets. Look forward to great things.
