Review: Big Idea's VeggieTales has been a favorite with children,
teens, and adults for well over a dozen years now. Mainly in the form of direct-to-video,
VeggieTales has offered humorous entertainment with a wholesome moral message and
a heavy Christian emphasis. The latest film, while letting off on a the direct biblical
emphasis, still offers great morals and entertainment for all. Phil Vischer and
Mike Nawrocki, the original co-founders of Big Idea, continue to bring their unique
abilities to wrap diverse humorous references into a child-friendly film. It was
a joy to sit through.
