Review: For once, a comedy comes to us that is truly funny once again. So many comedies
today depend on raunchy humour and disturbing images/pictures to draw laughs. This
film generally stays clean. It has no profanity (minor words such as piss and crap
are used on occasion, other exclamations include freaking and idiot), no religious
profanity (gosh is the closest they get) and no nudity. It does however have a briefly
underrunning (but not particularly focused on) note about a breast enlargement company
run by the hated uncle Rico. It also has a short of LaFondah starting from the feet
and going up as well as a dance scene toward the end in which some girls perform
provocatively (in mini-skirts). Napoleon also does some provocative dancing. Overall
however, one can generally tell when these moments are coming and turn ones head.
Lets support a good movie Hollywood has given us. If only all comedies could be
this clean. |
